1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect when you use cartlaunchsystems.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. A separate section at the end covers the Cart Launch Poster Tool browser extension, which is used by dealers on Cart Launch websites.

2. Information you give us

When you fill out a form, book a call, call us, or email us, you may provide your name, dealership name, email address, phone number, and details about your business. We use this information to respond to you, schedule and hold the call you requested, and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Booking and form submissions are processed through our CRM and scheduling provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which stores the information on our behalf.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site collects standard technical information: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring site, and the date and time of your visit. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) to understand how the Site is used and to show relevant ads to people who have visited it. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can limit cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.

4. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and hold calls you book.
• To send you information about Cart Launch services you asked about. You can opt out of marketing emails and texts at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

5. Text messages

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business (hosting, CRM and scheduling, analytics, email and SMS delivery), who may use it only to provide those services to us; and when required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Retention and security

We keep contact and client information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of marketing at any time. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California) may have additional rights, which we will honor as required.

9. Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Cart Launch Poster Tool (browser extension)

The Poster Tool is a browser extension that lets dealers using Cart Launch websites prepare product listings from their inventory and prefill listing forms for manual review. The Tool does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information; everything it touches stays in your browser.

When you click “Post” on an inventory unit, the Tool briefly handles listing data (photos, title, price, description) from your own Cart Launch dashboard. That data operates entirely within your browser, persists only during a single prefill operation (and is discarded after 15 minutes if unused), and is deleted immediately after the form is completed. You must personally review and click Publish; the Tool never posts automatically.

The Tool does not collect, access, store, or transmit names, email addresses, passwords, browsing history, communications, location data, analytics, or any personally identifiable information. Nothing is ever sent to Cart Launch’s servers or to any third party. It requests only the browser permissions needed to read Cart Launch listing data and complete forms, and it operates exclusively on authorized websites. It never reads, stores, or transmits your credentials or session information for sites you are signed in to.

We will update this page before making changes to how we handle information, and update the effective date above.
