Suncoast Carts Unlimited: Golf Cart Dealer Website Leads

Suncoast Carts Unlimited: From Barely Any Traffic to Golf Cart Dealer Website Leads Every Week

Golf cart dealer website leads only mean something when they turn into carts out the door. Suncoast Carts Unlimited had “started to go downhill a little bit.” A few weeks after launching with Cart Launch, buyers from outside her town were finding her inventory online, emailing about specific carts, and buying. “We probably sold two or three carts that way last week,” she said, “and I don’t believe we would have gotten those sales at all.” Here is what she said on camera, with nothing added.

Who is Suncoast Carts Unlimited?

A golf cart dealership in a smaller town, run by the owner you see in the video.

What she describes is a business that was working hard and not getting the return. “You can only work so hard and do so many things, but if it’s not working, it’s not working. It doesn’t matter how freaking hard you work.”

What was the dealership like before Cart Launch?

Slipping, and she could not see why.

“It just kind of started to go downhill a little bit. I feel like we were missing some sales and missing opportunities. Not quite sure what we were doing incorrectly.”

That last sentence is the one most dealers recognize. Not a crisis. A slow leak, and no way to see where the water is going.

What surprised her most after launch?

That it worked, and how quickly she could see it.

“That it actually is working. The first two weeks we started to see some action and we were like, ‘Okay, people are coming to our website.’ And I feel like every week it’s gotten a little better. That’s been the biggest thing, that it actually really did work, and it really only took a few weeks until we started seeing some difference.”

Where are the golf cart dealer website leads coming from?

Buyers outside her town who had never heard of the dealership.

“We’ve sold several carts to people not in our town necessarily, that I know we would not have reached any other way other than this way. We’ve sold several carts to people that I think would never even have known who we are if we hadn’t done the marketing with you, and then them being able to go on our website, actually look at the inventory, see several pictures of it, and then email us inquiring about it.”

Then the number. “We probably sold two or three carts that way last week. And I don’t believe we would have gotten those sales at all if it hadn’t been for the Facebook marketing and the website with the inventory listed.”

Read that sequence again, because it is the whole system in one sentence. Get in front of the buyer before he searches. Give him a website where he can see the actual cart and several pictures of it. Let him ask about that cart. That is what an online showroom is for.

What did onboarding take from her?

Photos and a form.

“Really, the biggest thing I had to do was submitting the pictures to you guys. I don’t feel like there was much more. And then once we got the website, it was pretty easy. I just filled out the form. It wasn’t hard at all. It was about the easiest thing I’ve ever done.”

Most dealers assume a new site is a project that eats a month. For her it was pictures of the carts she already had.

How does it feel running the dealership now?

“Oh man, I feel like I could sleep a little better at night right now.”

“I feel like we have a plan and we’re implementing it and we’re doing it, and that feels great. That’s been nice, just being able to have a little peace of mind, and feeling more in control about things. I just felt so like I was spinning my wheels.”

What holes did Cart Launch fix?

Several small ones, which is usually how it goes.

“I think that you guys fixed so many holes in our Facebook and the website and the way we were approaching a few things. For example, when you were talking to me about the Google reviews and that kind of stuff. I just think having someone like you where you’ve explained it all, that it’s all just really a revolving package deal, and one little hole can kind of disrupt that. It makes sense, and you can understand after talking with you where your holes are, and you actually have a plan to fix them, which is even better, not just ‘what do I do?’”

That is the order we work in with every dealer. Find the gaps. Fix them. Then create more demand. We wrote up the seven most common ones in why golf cart buyers are not contacting your dealership.

What would she say to a dealer on the fence?

“I would say take the chance for sure. Considering what you would pay a month versus what you can gain, it’s absolutely nothing. It’s pennies on the dollar really, if you look at it that way.”

“And if you are kind of like me, where you were just banging your head against the door and not sure what to do, and just took a crazy leap, I would say definitely give it a try. I don’t think you’re going to lose anything.”

In one sentence: “It’s been a game changer for sure. I would say game-changing.”

And the part she added without being asked: “Knowing that someone’s in my corner that I can ask my questions to, bounce things off of, I just think that’s so invaluable. Sometimes you don’t want to go ask your competitor or whoever, you don’t want to show your weakness. But with you there’s really none of that, because you’re here to help on the other end.”

What can another golf cart dealer take from this?

Two things.

First, your market is bigger than your town. She sold carts to people who would never have driven past the store, because they found the inventory on a phone and could see the exact cart before they emailed. That only works if every unit is online with real photos and a way to ask about it. It is the reason we build golf cart dealer websites around inventory, and what the buyer needs from that inventory is spelled out in golf cart inventory website.

Second, “missing opportunities” is not a feeling. It is a list of buyers who came, looked and left. Most dealers never see the list because nothing on their site records it. The moment those buyers can shop and ask, they start showing up in the inbox.

This is one dealer’s account in her own words. We do not promise a number, and every market is different. The order we work in is on our golf cart dealer marketing page, and more dealer stories are on our results page, including Oceanside Golf Cars and Ride Right Custom Carts, who doubled July across two stores.

If you feel like you are working hard and spinning your wheels, book a call. We look at your site and your market before we talk, and you get the findings either way.

FAQ

Questions dealers ask about this story

Straight answers to the things you’re probably wondering before we talk.

What results did this dealer report?

In her words: people coming to the website within two weeks, improvement every week after that, and several carts sold to out-of-town buyers who found the inventory online, including “two or three carts that way last week” that she believes she would not have sold otherwise.

Who is Suncoast Carts Unlimited?

A golf cart dealership and Cart Launch dealer partner whose owner told her story on camera in May 2026. Everything in this post is her own words from that recorded interview.

How do golf cart dealer website leads turn into sales?

The way she described it: the buyer sees the dealership before searching, goes to the website, looks at the actual inventory with several pictures per cart, and emails about a specific unit. A buyer who has already picked a cart is most of the way to buying it.

How much work was the setup for the dealer?

She said the biggest thing she had to do was send photos, then fill out a form once the website was built. In her words, “about the easiest thing I’ve ever done.”

What did she mean by “holes”?

Gaps in the website, the Facebook presence and the way the dealership approached things like Google reviews. She described it as a package where one small hole disrupts the rest, and said the value was understanding where the holes were and having a plan to fix them.

Will my dealership see the same results?

We do not promise that. This is one dealer’s account in her own words, and results depend on your market, inventory, team and how the work gets done. We look at your dealership before we talk and tell you what we would fix first.
